This Privacy Policy describes how Ventos Ltd. ("Ventos" or "we" or "us") collects, uses, and processes personal data in connection with our software-as-a-service AI Operations System for VCs, our website available at www.ventos.vc (the "Website"), and any other services owned or operated by us which link to this Policy (the "System" or the "Service").
"You" or "User" means any individual who is (a) authorized by a Ventos customer (the "Customer") to open an account, access and use the Service, or (b) acts as the Customer's authorized representative or contact in connection with the Service, or (c) visits, browses or otherwise interacts with the Website.
Please read this Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding the processing of the data we collect and how we will treat it.

Scope
We operate a business‑to‑business ("B2B") service. While providing the Services, we may have access to data uploaded to the System by You on behalf of our Customers, and/or data to which the System is granted access on behalf of our Customers through their organizational systems, relating to companies, ventures, technologies, projects, or other investment-related materials submitted for the purpose of analyzing, evaluating, assessing potential investment opportunities, and managing internal operational functions for our Customers (the "Customer Data"). Customer Data may include personal data, and your communication and chats with our AI agents. With respect to such Customer Data, we process the data as a Data Processor, as defined in the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to Customer Data processed by us in our capacity as a Data Processor. The processing of Customer Data is governed by the contractual arrangements between us and the relevant customer, and by the customer's own privacy policies and notices.
This Privacy Policy applies only to personal data relating to contacts of our B2B customers (such as employees or authorized representatives), as well as personal data relating to visitors and users of our Website, where we process such data as a data controller for our own business purposes, as described below.
Personal Data We Collect
When you use the Service, or visit the Website, personal data will be collected about you when it is provided directly to us and in other cases, automatically. This data includes:
- Login credentials and contact detailsWhen you sign up and register with the Services, you will be asked to provide us with the following details: your full name, email address, phone number, username, your organization, title and position within your organization and profile picture. You can also provide us with your first and last name, e-mail address, mobile number, your organization and additional contact information you choose to provide if you try to contact us through our contact channel on the Website.
- Customer Communications DataWe may collect data which you provide us voluntarily about yourself in your capacity as Customer's representative or as a Website visitor. Further, we may collect data when you communicate with us via the Service, the Website, email, Slack and WhatsApp, including through AI agents on our behalf, or share additional data about yourself through your use of the Services or the Website. We may also collect feedback, suggestions, complaints, bugs and reports which you send to us.
- Technical Usage MetricsWhen you use the Service, we may collect usage metrics and audit logs. Usage Data does not include the content of Customer Data but may include metadata and technical logs associated with use of the Service.
- Device and Online Usage dataWe may collect automatically personal data from your device and browser when you use the Services or visit the Website, regarding IP address, unique identifiers as well as other data which relates to your activity through the Services or the Website.
You are not legally required to provide us with the data described above; however, if you choose not to provide such information, we may be unable to provide you with the Services, in whole or in part, respond to your inquiries, or make certain Website features available to you. If you do not want us to collect this data, do not use the Services or the Website.
How We Use Your Data
Ventos may use the personal data collected through the Service and the Website as follows:
- To provide you and operate the Services and its core functionality, including account setup, user authentication, account administration, and enabling you to visit the Website or use its features
- To manage subscriptions, billing, invoicing, payments, and account administration
